I write about career development, workplace behavior, and the inner life of modern work, with well-being at the heart of real success.

About Me

I’m Helen Jun Chen (pen name: CJ. Helen), a writer exploring the space between external achievement and internal experience.

Born in Europe with Asian roots and trained in project management, I write from the perspective of someone who has always lived between systems, cultures, and expectations. My work blends lived experience with close observation of how people feel and think about work and life today.

I write for professionals who are capable and driven, but often exhausted or quietly questioning why success doesn’t feel the way they expected.

Through reflective essays, I examine how ambition is formed, how burnout happens, and what it takes to build a career that doesn’t come at the cost of yourself. My aim is not to offer quick fixes, but to name patterns clearly, so readers can find clarity in both their work and inner lives.

My writing has also appeared in Women Thrive Media and Brainz Magazine.
